We believe very strongly in our customer's right to privacy. Our customer records are not for sale or trade, and we will not disclose our customer data to any third party except as may be required by law.

Any information that you provide to us in the course of interacting with our sales or technical support departments is held in strict confidence. This includes technical drawings that may be submitted with technical support queries. This includes contact information (including, but not limited to email address and phone number), as well as any other data that you supply to us in the course of a technical support interaction.

Limited Use of Private Information

Contest Log Analyzer  is a content creation application. Personal information is not needed by the Contest Log Analyze application. Personal information is not requested or retrieved from the operation system.

Update Information

Contest Log Analyze does not provide automatic update reminders. Contest Log Analyze does not access external servers to compare your installation and system information with external data stores. You the user are responsible for checking if newer updates or upgrades are available and applicable.

Unsolicited Email

In the normal course of business we do not send unsolicited emails. We keep on record all contact information provided at the time of your purchase. This information is held for use in a "recall" situation that would require we contact you with important information relating to an abnormal situation.
